Dawud Wallace

Author, Speaker, Advocate for Black Men's Emotional Wellness

Dawud Wallace is an entrepreneur, speaker, and passionate advocate for Black men's emotional health and wellness. As the author of "When A Brother Needs a Friend...Too: A Brother's Guide to Navigating Life's Storms," Dawud continues the legacy of his father's groundbreaking 2001 work while adding his own powerful perspective on modern challenges facing Black men.

Dawud draws from deeply personal experiences, including his mother's seven-year cancer journey and intimate conversations with lifelong friend Michael Parker Jr., who navigated caregiving for parents with Alzheimer's. His perspective is shaped by witnessing his father's resilience during his wife's illness while raising four children, providing him with unique insights into male caregiving, family leadership during crisis, and the importance of brotherhood.
